The Premium Entertainment Wedding Process in 6 easy steps

  1. Contact us (by phone, email or the contact us form on this site) for host and/or team availability and set up your initial consultation with Premium Entertainment. * Please note that if you would like to work with a specific team member, please be sure to let us know! 

  2. Set up a phone call meeting with Premium Entertainment in which you will be consulted on PE’s team availability, services that we have to offer, the booking process and what happens after you book. *Please try to have the answers to these following questions ready for our team to asses:

    • When is your official date?

    • Where is your ceremony location?

    • Where is your venue for the reception?

    • Roughly how many guests will be attending?

    • How you came about finding our info?

  3. When you feel like it’s time to move forward and book, you will simply fill out our Premium Entertainment Wedding Contract along with sending in your deposit to secure your date with us!

  4. Planning begins, during the planning process we are here to help with anything and everything that we can! The best time to reach us with questions or concerns is Monday through Thursday between 10:00 am and 6:00 pm. 

  5. One month away from your wedding day we will send you out our “Wedding Layouts” for your big day. We will plan to have our sit down or FaceTime meeting 1 – 2 weeks away from your wedding day. *Our meeting finalizes all questions and concerns. Plan for the meeting to be roughly around 1 hr. long.

  6. The BIG day arrives, and you can rest assure the Premium Entertainment team has your back!  Time to celebrate!!!
